Art Deco-era sculpture in bronze with a green patina, depicting a dancer in a broad, stylized movement, holding with both hands the draperies. The body follows a supple and graphic line, typical of the aesthetics of the 1920s-1930s, where the movement of dance becomes a central motif of decorative modernity. The figure rests on a stepped base of black and red marble.

This model corresponds to the Dancer by André Gilbert preserved at the Musée des Beaux-Arts in Reims (inventory no. 977.6.550)
