Ngombe (1942-1990) was a painter from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) known for his oil-on-canvas works depicting portraits and scenes of African life, signed and dated from the 1970s (e.g., 1971, 1973, 1978). His works, often portraits of African women, are sold at auction, notably in Nantes.
