I always remind everyone that Sicilian mines are all closed and dangerous since the late 1980s; a few high-quality samples like this can only be found at the homes of former collectors or miners who decide to sell a sample to make space.
I took photos to the best of my ability and I must say the photos reflect reality quite well, but I guarantee the specimen is much more beautiful in person.
