Spectacular large-toothed specimen belonging to Basilosaurus, one of the most impressive and feared primitive whales of the Eocene. This tusk reaches an exceptional size, well above average, becoming a piece of enormous visual and scientific impact.
The tooth is rooted, a trait highly sought after and increasingly difficult to find in specimens of this size. Its preservation is excellent and its display presence is outstanding.
The piece has been professionally restored, guaranteeing stability and an impeccable presentation without compromising its authenticity.
