Title: Large wine glass with Duke’s Coat of Arms
Period: Around the 18th century
Origin: Very likely Netherlands, Germany, Bohemia
Color: Clear
Bowl: Rounded, ample bowl with the Duke’s coat of arms engraved (see crown construction). In the crest band there are three medallions, a two-headed eagle, a lion, and again a two-headed eagle. Crest flanked by two lions. The drinking rim is also finely worked with an engraved motif
Stem: Two disc knobs, a large hollow baluster-like knob and below it another disc knob just above the foot
Foot: Conical with ground grooves on the underside, star-shaped ground pontil mark

Kom: Afgeronde ruime kom met gegraveerd Wapen van Hertog (zie opbouw Kroon). In de band van het wapen drie medaillons, een tweekoppige Adelaar, een Leeuw en wederom een tweekoppige Adelaar .Wapen geflankeerd door twee leeuwen. Tevens is drinkrand mooi bewerkt met gegraveerd motief
Steel: 2 schijfknoppen, grote holle balustroid knop en daaronder weer een schijfknop net boven de voet
Voet: Conisch met aan de onderzijde geslepen banen, stervormig richting geslepen pontil
Pontil: Geslepen
