French cabinet / commode in Louis XVI style – First hqlf of 20th century (style)

A refined French cabinet in the Louis XVI style, inspired by 19th century craftsmanship.

The piece features a rectangular top surrounded by a decorative pierced brass gallery, adding elegance and functionality. The front is composed of a drawer with original brass ring handles, above a tambour-style cabinet with vertically fluted doors, opening to an interior storage space with shelving.

The sides are decorated with geometric veneer panels arranged in a symmetrical pattern, highlighting the quality of the wood and the decorative character of the piece. The cabinet stands on slender tapered legs, typical for French neoclassical furniture.

Condition:
Good overall condition with visible signs of age and use. Light surface wear and patina consistent with age.
