[Appearance]

The transceiver and power supply appear to be kept in very clean condition overall, with light signs of use and storage visible from age and normal handling. The front panel lettering remains clear, the large tuning dial still has an attractive textured finish, and the control layout carries that dense, professional atmosphere enthusiasts truly enjoy.

The included microphone, connection cables, manual, and remote controller also add a pleasing sense of completeness to the set. Minor cosmetic imperfections or small storage marks may be present, but overall the equipment maintains a very respectable and carefully preserved appearance.

・Measured using a terminating power meter, the results for CW were as follows:

★18.1 MHz: Approx. 115 W

★50.0 MHz: approx. 120 W (FM approx. 200 W)
CW output has dropped significantly.


・When a -73dBm signal was input from the SG, the following responses were observed with the amplifier in its default state:
★1.81MHz: Approx. S9
★3.60MHz: Approx. S9
★7.15MHz: Approx. S9
★10.1MHz: Approx. S8+
★14.0MHz: Approx. S8
★18.1 MHz: Approx. S8+
★21.0 MHz: Approx. S8+

・However, there is a frequency deviation of approximately 100 Hz in the 50 MHz band.


・A full reset has been performed.
・The purchase date and any installed options are unknown.
・There is no crackling in the AF gain or squelch.
・The auto antenna tuner was tested with a 1002 (SWR 2.0) dummy load attached and was found to be operational.
・Please check the photos for the firmware version.
・There is a loose connection in the microphone’s PTT switch, so transmission via the microphone has unstable output.
・The FH-2 has not been tested, so it is included as a bonus.
・Please note that this is a used item and may have scratches or dirt.
・There is no cigarette smell.
