Description from the seller

Beautiful copper Victorian pudding mould from the late 19th century (c. 1880–1900). Model number 289 (castle top model), made by the leading English Benham & Froud. The pudd ing moulds from this manufacturer were regarded as the Rolls-Royce of pudding moulds.

The pudding mould is entirely made of heavy-quality copper, with a lovely patina appropriate to the age. The inside is tinned.
I have chosen to leave the natural patina intact, but if desired the mould can also be polished to a shiny copper.

Dimensions:
Height 11 cm
Bottom diameter approximately 13.5 cm
Top diameter 9 cm
Weight: 287 grams

The mould is in good condition, with signs of use appropriate to its age. Only the underside is no longer perfectly round (see photos). There are a few darker discolorations in the patina.
