French Napoleon III-era black Brussels marble mantel clock with matching side ornamental garniture – 19th century

Elegant French mantel clock from the Napoleon III period (Second Empire, 19th century) made in black Brussels marble, accompanied by its pair of matching side ornamental cups.

The piece features a classic combination of black marble with light-toned details on the sides and decorative metal applications, in keeping with the characteristic French style of the late 19th century.

The clock retains:

* White dial with Roman numerals
* Original front glass in good condition
* Mechanical wind-up movement
* Original pendulum
* Striking bell
* Winding key included

Operates with an approximate eight-day power reserve.

The garniture maintains a very decorative presence, ideal for a fireplace, console, or an antique clock collection.

Condition

Good overall condition considering its age. Shows normal signs of the passage of time, small marks and tone variations typical of an old piece. Please see photographs as part of the description.
