The shell, cleaned of calcare, is only polished, allowing its original colors to be enhanced—from emerald green to azure-blue, through a myriad of colors and intermediate reflections.
The size of this specimen is remarkable, and its almost perfect condition makes this shell a very beautiful decorative piece to look at.
The display stand is included.
The origin of this specimen is New Zealand, as can also be seen from the box prepared specifically for this specimen, whose back indicates the areas where it is fished.
It is not listed among protected species, so its sale is unrestricted.
