Description of the work:
Elegant collectible panel depicting a classical still life ("Composition") signed by the artist Volpiano. The work is realised with a refined technique that involves serigraphy on a thin 18-carat gold leaf (750/1000), subsequently finished with hand-painted details. The subject presents a harmonious composition with fruit (grapes and apples), a jug, a glass, and a candlestick.

On the back is a fragment of the original Guarantee Certificate from the period attesting to the authenticity of the workmanship ("Serigraphy on hand-painted gold leaf").
