Thorens TD 124 – Legendary Swiss vinyl turntable – 1950s/1960s

I am offering for sale an authentic Thorens TD 124, one of the most iconic turntables ever produced by the Swiss manufacturer Thorens.

* Tonearm mounted and present
* Overall cosmetic condition very satisfying for its age

The turntable comes from a private collection and is sold in its current state. No dismantling or restoration has been carried out recently.

The device shows very good cosmetic preservation with its glossy black paint, original controls, and complete platter.

Note that a wire has been cut. This modification seems relatively straightforward for someone accustomed to restoring or maintaining vintage hi-fi equipment.

This Thorens TD 124 represents an excellent base for a collector, an audiophile, or a vintage high-end equipment restoration enthusiast.
