Japanese photographer Kohei Yoshiyuki (1946-) was responsible for the infrared photography of the book Document! Park at Night'. Born in Hiroshima Prefecture, Yoshiyuki moved to Tokyo in 1967 to become a professional photographer, worked for a foreign news agency from 1974 and became a freelance photographer in 1978. In 2007, an exhibition was held at the Yossi Milo Gallery in New York. An exhibition was held at the Yossi Milo Gallery in New York in 2007, and an English edition of The Park was published. This book is a reportage of ‘Nozokiya’ by freelance writer Kimura Wataru, and is illustrated with photographs by Yoshiyuki. Although the text is the main content of the book, Yoshiyuki's photographs are also included in the book, which is well worth a look, as they are featured on the front cover. Secret Photography’, which introduces Yoshiyuki's photographic techniques, is a sister volume to this book.
