Cruet set - Silverplated - Edwardian Scottish

Edwardian Scottish thistle silver-plated cruet set – circa 1900–1920

Decorative Edwardian silver-plated cruet set in the form of Scottish thistles, comprising a pepper shaker, mustard pot with spoon, and open salt cellar. The three pieces are mounted on an integral stand with a circular carrying handle, thistle terminals and a naturalistic leaf-form base.

The bodies are finely decorated with engraved thistle-style patterning, giving the set a distinctive Scottish character. The underside is marked with maker’s initials, EP silver plate marks and pattern number 7386.

Good antique condition with age-related wear, tarnish, light scratches and small imperfections to the silver plate consistent with age and use. Spoon present. Please refer to the photographs as they form part of the description.
