An elegant chest of drawers in the French taste, veneered in a combination of different woods to create a refined marquetry surface. Gilt-toned brass mounts frame the drawer fronts and accentuate the silhouette, while the shaped marble top crowns the piece with a note of classical luxury. Dating to the second half of the 20th century, it offers generous storage in a compact, beautifully detailed form — equally at home in a bedroom, hallway, or salon.
Offered in attractive used condition, showing only minor surface wear and light soiling consistent with age and use; the keys are not present. A characterful, decorative chest that brings warmth and craftsmanship to a classical or eclectic interior.
