Rated Excellent on Trustpilot.
Very good condition, a resin sculpture titled XIII - 2000 by Pascal Rodier, produced by Fariboles, height 26 cm, dating from 2000, with a limited edition run of 999 copies and an original thermoformed box with a signed ex-libris.
Description from the seller
Limited edition of 999 copies. Year of publication 2000
Original thermoformed box. Signedex-libris
XIII after Jean Van Hamme (script) and William VANCE (art)
Shipped via Colissimo insured
For the condition see the numerous photos. Very slight deficit on the newspaper, see the close-up photos.
Fariboles: “What better evocation of this character than the famous image Vance created in Mistery?
I therefore followed this drawing even more so since it carried an additional challenge: the newspaper should, if possible, be readable front and back, just for fun. I bought “USA TODAY” the day Vance called me to give his final approval on the prototype. I faithfully reproduced the layout of that memorable day’s edition, inserting the portraits of the series’ characters in place of the photos and had a decalcom printed.
To read it, one only has to find the magnifying glass!”
