Silver coin of 1 Sol with the seated allegory of Liberty on the obverse, depicted with spear and shield, in a classic style and balanced composition, with good rendering of the drapery folds and correct definition of the symbolic elements. The reverse shows the national emblem of Peru within a botanical crown, with the quarters clearly identifiable and the legends clearly legible. A nearly uncirculated example, with firm reliefs and very light wear concentrated at the highest points, retaining appreciable original luster in the fields and a uniform gray patina that enhances the overall appeal.
