Presenting a highly collectible Mid-Century Erotic Figural Brass Bottle Opener, strongly attributed to Otto P. (Denmark).

Beautifully designed as a standing sculpture in solid brass, designed as an erotic, stylized female nude. This piece is strongly attributed to the renowned Danish sculptor Otto Pedersen (1902–1995), widely known as "Otto P."
He was a prominent member of the artist group "Den Fynske Forårsudstilling" (The Funen Spring Exhibition) and famous for his organic, fluid sculptures in wood and bronze.

True to Otto P.’s production method for these smaller functional art pieces, the item is unsigned, which is very typical for his brass barware from this era. The exquisite craftsmanship, the characteristic facial expression, and the elegant, sensuous lines of the body make it an unmistakable example of his work.

The bottle opener functions both as a practical bar tool and as a standalone miniature sculpture. It features a wonderful, unpolished vintage patina that emphasizes the depth and curves of the brass.
