AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Antique tea table – Willem III period, Netherlands (ca. 1860–1880)
Elegant and refined antique tea table from the Dutch Willem III period, characterized by rich materials and a pronounced decorative character.
The top is executed in beautiful walnut veneer with butternut, centrally enlivened by an inlaid panel with floral marquetry in warm tones. The subtle contouring and the contrast between the different woods give the piece a vibrant and luxurious appearance.
The flowing edge is partly black-polished, creating an elegant frame around the warm wood and giving the piece a strong silhouette. The table rests on a slender, turned central leg, ending in an elegant three-pronged foot with gracefully curved toes — typical of the period.
A especially decorative and representative piece of furniture that works beautifully both as a solitary item and in a classical interior.
Condition: some age-related and use marks.
Note: pickup only, or use the delivery service of brenger.nl, or have me deliver it for a reasonable fee, only within the Netherlands.
