Bowl - Large bowl with pheasant and phoenix - Porcelain

A large porcelain bowl, measuring circa 22,3cm in diameter and weighing 0,7Kg, decorated in underglaze blue with central pomegranates to the interior, the outside painted with phoenix and pheasant in garden landscape among chrysanthemum. Estimated age: Ming dynasty, Wanli period 1572-1620, late 16th century.

Condition: Two hairlines, one filled rim chip 12mm and a few much smaller chips. Minor wear commensurate with age.
