Bronze - China - Late 20th century

Fascinating lot consisting of 5 Asian art objects in cloisonné enamel dating to the mid-20th century (roughly 1950s-1960s). A very elegant decorative set, ideal for collectors of Chinese art and eclectic tastes.
The lot includes:
1 Box with Integrated Abacus: A very rare and finely worked rectangular box. The lid houses a small, functioning abacus with golden beads (as shown in image_5.png and image_6.png). The sides of the box are decorated with raised imperial dragon motifs on a cobalt blue background, pursuing the blazing pearl (as visible in image_7.png). The interior is entirely gold.
2 Pair of Green Vases (2 pieces): Two vases matching on an emerald green background with rich lotus floral motifs (as shown in image_2.png).
3 Beige/Yellow Miniature Vase: A charming flask-shaped miniature vase with floral motifs on a light beige geometric background (visible in image_3.png and image_5.png).
4 Red/Gold Miniature Vase: A tiny and refined vase with gilded foliate and floral motifs on a red background (visible in image_4.png).

Condition: Good overall, in line with age and use of the objects. The enamels are vivid and glossy. The interior and exterior gilding of the box shows a beautiful patina of time (visible in image_6.png). No structural dents or significant enamel losses are evident.
