Antique Wrought Iron Chandelier with Zoomorphic Elements
Suggestive antique wrought iron chandelier, dating from the late 19th century – early 20th century, characterized by great charm and decorative elegance.
The structure, fully hand-forged, features a central hexagonal body enriched by refined pierced motifs of scrolls and floral decorations. The six outer arms support as many cups in satin glass shaped like droplets, finely worked with a craquelé finish, while at the center there is a spherical cup also in worked glass.
Particularly distinctive are the upper ornamental elements with stylized bird figures in wrought iron, which impart movement and uniqueness to the composition, highlighting the craftsmanship of the era.
