Vintage Spring Culinox Oval Copper Fish & Gratin Pan with Lid - Made in Switzerland
An authentic, high-quality vintage oval copper fish and au gratin pan complete with its original matching lid. Manufactured in Switzerland by the renowned Swiss brand Gebrüder Spring (Spring Brothers) within their premium "Culinox" line.
The bottom features the prestigious official maker's mark stamped into the metal: the famous rampant stag inside a shield emblem, along with "SPRING", "MADE IN SWITZERLAND", "INOX 18/10", and the internal model reference code "86/87".
- Brand: Spring Culinox (Switzerland)
- Shape: Elegant oval shape, specifically designed for whole fish, roasting, or gratin dishes.
- Materials: Heavy-gauge solid copper exterior for unmatched thermal conductivity, lined with a premium, robust 18/10 stainless steel interior.
- Handles: Heavy, solid brass/bronze side handles secured by traditional heavy-duty rivets. Matching solid metal knob on the lid.
