Description from the seller
A Chinese green-glazed pottery figural scene, modelled on a rectangular platform with two attendants and a central domestic or workshop setting. The scene includes a raised table-like structure and a small bowl-shaped vessel, suggesting an activity related to daily life, service, food preparation, or household work.
The surface is covered with a dark green to blackish lead glaze, showing extensive crackling, silvering, earthy deposits, and age-related wear. Areas of exposed reddish earthenware body are visible along the edges and corners. The glaze, modelling style, and funerary subject are reminiscent of Eastern Han Dynasty mingqi, made to represent domestic life and service in the afterworld.
