Description from the seller
Spectacular and imposing resin frame from the years 1890-1910, gilded in fine gold. Fully restored and repainted in black and gold-plated. With a significant front thickness, it presents itself as scenographic, beautiful in appearance and form, its main feature being the beautiful and very large relief decorations, meticulously handmade by master artisans of the era.
The inner part is formed by a zigzag engraved edge that increases its depth and, finally, on the outermost part, an edge composed of convex semicircular dot-like points that enhance its appeal and originality. The side profile consists of stepped notches.
This is a rare frame, an antique masterpiece, a piece hard to find, of substantial dimensions. Exceptional for elevating and displaying high-prestige works.
NB. Since these are antique objects, there may be cracks, stains, small missing parts, signs of aging, etc. Please carefully review the photos.
