Antique French 3-piece display cabinet / buffet, estimated mid-19th century. Beautiful warm brown wooden vitrine with glass doors, carved details, paneled sides, prominent cornice and decorative barley-twist columns.
The cabinet consists of three matching sections and can be used as a display cabinet, bookcase, dining-room buffet or decorative storage piece. It has interior shelves behind glazed doors and lower wooden panels. The piece can be dismantled into separate sections for transport and reassembled afterwards, making transport easier despite its large size.
The cabinet has a strong antique character with visible age-related marks, patina, small scratches and signs of historic use, consistent with its age.
Origin: France
Period: mid-19th century, according to previous owner information
Condition: Good antique condition with normal signs of age and use. Please see photos for details.
Transport: Can be demounted and mounted again. Professional furniture transport is recommended due to size, age and glass doors.
