Five stamp seals with virgin matrices dating from the late 19th to early 20th century, made from bronze, nacre, crystal, brass and bone, featuring Art Nouveau and XIXe century design with blank matrices ready for engraving, in good used condition.

Exceptional Set of 5 Desk Seals "End of Century" – Art Nouveau & 19th Century
Group of five sealing seals (virgin matrices) presenting a superb panorama of the decorative arts from the late 19th to the early 20th century. Objects of high curiosity, perfect for a writing cabinet or a display case collection.
Lot details:
• Art Nouveau Seal in Bronze: Masterpiece with naturalist decoration of ivy and berries, symbol of good luck. Lovely original medallion patina. Engraved in relief at the base with "Pil" (art publisher). French work circa 1900.
• Nacre Seal: Flat igneous handle in iridescent mother-of-pearl of great finesse. Ring and base in worked brass. Elegant typical of 19th-century feminine correspondence sets.
• Cut Crystal Seal: Faceted body offering splendid light play. Crystal work (Baccarat / Saint-Louis style) from the second half of the 19th century.
• Bone Seal: Turned handle with baluster, Napoleon III style. Classic and timeless.
• Fleur-de-Lys Seal: In bronze, heraldic relief motif, circular base.
Condition:
Good used condition. Patina of time preserved. Note that all five matrices are blank, offering the possibility of personalized engraving.
