[Shipping]
We use DHL for shipping. (In some cases, we may use Japan Post’s EMS service.)
Attach the tracking number.
Shipping is only available to the address registered in Catawiki.
As it is shipped from Japan, it cannot be shipped to Russia.
Our store does not offer combined shipping. If you win multiple items in the same auction, they will all be shipped separately. Please be aware of this in advance.
To our customers in Italy and Spain: Due to the time required for customs clearance procedures in Italy and Spain, delivery may take approximately one month.

We cannot accommodate requests for undervaluation or for items to be treated as ‘gifts’.
■ Regarding Delivery Delays
Delays in delivery may occur due to customs clearance procedures or local circumstances.
■Important Information Regarding Items Shipped via DHL
For items shipped via DHL, storage fees will be incurred if the item is not collected within a specified period. Should storage fees be incurred, the buyer will be required to pay these.
Furthermore, should we confirm that storage fees have been incurred, we will arrange for the item you have purchased to be disposed of locally. Please note that in such cases, the purchase price paid by the buyer cannot be refunded.
