The mechanical elements, the movable arms, and the upper regulator screw with butterfly key are made in solid gold brass, creating the iconic two-tone (silver and gold) contrast characteristic of the author. His ingenious tilting mechanical system allows smoothly and precisely tilting the bottle to serve the wine directly into the glass without removing it from the stand, preventing drips.
