Original Soviet ZSH-3M pilot helmet from the Cold War period, used by MiG pilots.
This characteristic pilot helmet is made with a lightweight composite shell and fitted with the original tinted visor with a metal hinge mechanism. An authentic collectible from Soviet aviation.
The helmet retains its original lining, visor and mounting parts. Inside is the original label with model designation ZSH-3M and size 2. In addition, there are still personal markings visible, including the name Шендрик Ю. Н. (Sjenrik Yu. N.), the original pilot or crew member of this helmet; the given name has roots in Ukraine.
Good used condition with visible signs of wear and aging. Scratches and wear on the shell, slight oxidation on the metal parts and a crack in the visor. Lining present but with signs of wear and discoloration.
