Gustave Miklos designed the Bolid table lamp for NICE CREATION in France in the 1940s, a plug‑in Art Deco piece with Bakelite, chrome and copper components, measuring 46 cm high, 18 cm wide and 26 cm deep, in as new condition and in working order.

Step back in time to the 1940s with this exquisite table lamp designed and produced by JUMO Brevete in France. Founded by Yves Jujeau and Pierre and André Mounique, the JUMO company was renowned for its innovative designs and high-quality craftsmanship. The lamp is produced after World War II in Japan by NICE CREATIONco, Tokyo - Osaka.
Affectionately known as the "Bolide," this lamp features a streamlined design that exudes elegance and sophistication. Its copper and chrome-plated arm is adjustable in height, providing both versatility and style.
Stamped with the manufacturer's mark on the underside, this lamp is in original and very good vintage condition, with minor age signs that only add to its charm. There are no chips or cracks, ensuring its enduring beauty for years to come.
