Description from the seller

Here we have a pretty Antique Fruit Knife with a solid Sterling Silver blade made in the Edwardian early 1900s. It would be ideal for cutting fruits such as apples and pears.

It comes in a gift bag and would be a lovely present for a birthday, Christmas or an anniversary.

It has a folding Sterling Silver blade and a beautifully smooth mother of pearl handle. The blade folds neatly back into the handle. The mother of pearl has a very pretty engraved design and it has a blank oval cartouche on one side.

It was made by John Yeomans Cowlishaw and it was hallmarked in Sheffield in 1906.

Size
It measures 12.4cm when the blade is fully open (4 7/8 inches) and 7.3cm when closed (2 7/8 inches).
