- Inscriptions: Obverse: REPUBLICA DE GUATEMALA. Reverse: 1/4 REAL · five stars.
- Grading: MS64 (NGC).
Silver coin featuring on the obverse three volcanoes topped by a radiant sun, emblematic motif of Guatemalan iconography symbolizing the territory and liberty, in a simple yet well-defined style.
The reverse shows the face value 1/4 Real in the center, surrounded by a vegetal crown and accompanied at the bottom by five stars, alluding to the former Central American federation.
The piece shows an excellent state of preservation, with sharp relief, clean fields with a slight silvery tone and a soft patina, highlighting an attractive original luster and a well-centered strike typical of quality minting.
