The lamp has a flat disk-shaped shade with a subtle edge, giving it an elegant and timeless silhouette that foreshadows the Space Age design of the years to come. Special about this lamp is the button on the side of the stem with which the fitting can be light-adjusted, so the light incidence changes slightly.
