The audio equipment we offer is mostly vintage equipment 40 years old or older. Each unit is carefully checked by us, professionally cleaned, and extensively tested before being offered for sale.
Despite this careful inspection, a defect may occur upon receipt or after some time. Because of the age of the equipment, such malfunctions can arise unexpectedly and are unfortunately beyond our influence.
For this reason we cannot provide a warranty on vintage equipment. We understand this may be inconvenient and we believe it is important to be transparent and honest about this. Of course we do our utmost to deliver each unit in as good a condition as possible.
We package our products with great care so that the chance of transport damage is kept small.
We also arrange transport insurance for every shipment.
