Side chair - Walnut, Leather - Chester-style footrest

Walnut footstool chair with a curule frame, upholstered in green buttoned leather (tufted), Chesterfield style with an Antique Green finish, aged-bronze studs.
One of the rosettes is missing and it needs the hand of a restoration carpenter for a light sanding and varnishing, as it preserves the original and is already visibly worn.
These tasks are beyond my knowledge.
