Subtitle :
Charming antique silvered metal table set with Rocaille decoration
Description :
Magnificent set consisting of a table scoop and brush in silvered metal in Louis XV style.
This elegant duo features a very beautiful Rocaille decoration typical of Louis XV style with friezes of gadroons, shells and finely chiselled scrolls. The handle of the brush and the edges of the scoop are adorned with floral motifs and shells characteristic of the era.
Period: Work from the first half of the 20th century (circa 1900-1930).
Condition: Good overall condition. Normal signs of use and light wear consistent with the object's age (see detailed photos). The metal retains a lovely shine with some areas of patinated oxidation.
Material: Silver-plated metal
This set is both decorative and functional. It was part of the table service of the grand bourgeois houses of the Belle Époque and the Roaring Twenties. Perfect for lovers of antique tableware and table objects, or to complete a collection of French silvered metal.
