Vintage Murano Glass Auction

Carlo Moretti Murano glass centerpiece bowl, Vintage, probably from the second half of the 1960s; this is because the badge reads "Goldmedaille München Internationale" (Gold Medal at the International Handicraft Fair in Munich).
Carlo Moretti won this prestigious prize in 1966. From that moment on, the company applied this specific commemorative badge to much of the production from that period to certify the quality and international prestige of its Murano glass.
Dimensions: h. 11 cm, diameter 13 cm.
No marks, very well preserved.

Coppa Centrotavola di Carlo Moretti in vetro di Murano Vintage probabilmente della seconda metà degli anni '60; questo perché il bollino recita "Goldmedaille Mūnchen Internationale" (Medaglia d'oro alla Fiera Internazionale dell'Artigianato di Monaco di Baviera).
Carlo Moretti vinse questo prestigioso premio nel 1966. Da quel momento in poi, l'azienda applicò questo specifico bollino celebrativo su gran parte della produzione di quel periodo per certificare la qualità e il prestigio internazionale del proprio vetro di Murano.
