Description from the seller

Italian antique burr walnut sideboard, 1930s.

A splendid antique sideboard/credenza crafted in richly figured burr walnut veneer and solid walnut wood, displaying striking book-matched grain patterns across the front , side and top. The piece features a serpentine front with two side hinged cupboard doors, and one central drawer with two-glass-hinged door liquid mirror cabinet, enclosing generous storage, raised on elegant solid Queen Anne cabriole legs terminating in pad feet.

The bright warm honey-brown walnut veneers are complemented by decorative period-style iron hinges and drop handles, while the shaped apron enhances its graceful silhouette. The symmetrical veneer work and flowing lines reflect the influence of early 18th-century English furniture, likely produced during the late Victorian to early 20th-century revival period.

Condition
Presented in very good antique condition commensurate with age and use, with expected minor surface wear, marks, natural wood cracks consistent with age and use, and age-related imperfections. Attractive overall appearance with strong decorative appeal.
There is one left interior drawer missing the brass handle (see in photos).
Presented of moth holes, preferred to be treated for the better use.
This is a heavy and well-built piece, showcasing the durability and quality of solid walnut construction.

Width: 187cm
