Bisque porcelain depiction of St. Joseph lovingly carrying Jesus in his arms, a calm and intimate portrayal of the bond between father and child. The imperial apple motif forms a powerful religious reference to Christ's dominion over creation and his role as King of Kings. The cloak is finished with soft floral motifs and gilded accents.

Height approx. 38 cm, in good condition with normal signs of age and use.
