Snuff box - Gold plated, Enamel

Precious gold-plated copper snuff box with an amazing crisscross stripe pattern, a linear upper edge featuring a bamboo motif, and an oval frame surrounding an enamel with an S-pattern, alternating red/green. Internally inscribed “Made in Italy.” 19th century. Condition excellent as demonstrated by the numerous photos. The box measures 95x62x31 mm for a weight of 223 g. Careful and trackable shipping.
