Beautiful llama figurine from Peru, weighing 72 grams of solid silver. It is handmade, bought at a jeweler in Cusco. Decorative patterns on the saddle and the fur. In two legs are the hallmarks (see the photos). The hallmarks indicate: Pl6TR925/0115379. These are the unique identification numbers of the specific silversmith in Cusco. To determine if it is real silver I have, among other tests, done the ice cube test. Place an ice cube on the silver and if it melts immediately, then it is real!!! No damage. Given my age (87 years), I am letting it go so others can enjoy it. Give it a nice place, best behind glass so it won’t need polishing for years. This object comes from my silver cabinet.

Prachtig Lama-beeldje uit Peru, weegt 72 gram massief zilver.
Het is handgemaakt, gekocht bij Juwelier in Cusco.
Decoratieve patronen op het zadel en de vacht.
In twee poten zitten de keuren (zie de foto's).
Keuren geven aan: Pl6TR925/0115379. Dit zijn de unieke iden-
tificatienummers van de specifieke zilversmid in Cusco.
Om te bepalen of het echt zilver is heb ik o.a. de ijsblokjes test gedaan. 
Leg ijsblokje op het zilver en gaat het gelijk smelten dan is het echt!!!
Geen beschadigingen.
Gezien mijn leeftijd (87 jaa) doe ik het weg om anderen ervan
te laten genieten.
Geef het een mooi plaatsje, het beste achter glas dan is poetsen
voor jaren niet aan de orde. Dit object komt uit mijn zilverkast.
