Description from the seller

THE FOREST — Art & Woodworking Studio
This exceptional piece of pine carries a rare and storied past. Once part of a historic open‑air amphitheatre, the beam witnessed countless performances, seasons, and moments in time before the structure was dismantled due to damage. Rather than allowing this beautiful material to be lost, we carefully salvaged and restored the wood, giving it a new chapter in its life.

Every mark, grain variation, and weathered nuance speaks of decades spent under open skies. The surface has been meticulously cleaned, preserved, and finished to protect its character while maintaining the authenticity of aged pine. This reclaimed beam is not just wood — it is a tangible fragment of history, transformed into a material ready for new creations that honour its unique provenance.

About the Brand:

THE FOREST Art & Woodworking Studio is a place where we create unique, soulful pieces inspired by the beauty of nature. Based in the picturesque Roztocze region of Poland, surrounded by forests that have been our inspiration for years, every project is brought to life in our atelier from start to finish. We work with the utmost attention to detail and deep respect for wood, crafting for those who value uniqueness, authenticity, and the highest level of craftsmanship.

Sustainability:

We craft with respect for nature, selecting only the finest FSC‑certified wood, reclaimed timber, or wood from trees that have naturally reached the end of their life and were removed solely for safety reasons. Every piece carries a story — enriched by the history of the forest — while ensuring our creations leave a gentle footprint on the planet.

Delivery:

We offer worldwide delivery, fully insured and handled with the utmost care. Every piece is professionally packed to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition, wherever you are.

Seller's Story

THE FOREST Art & Woodworking Studio is an independent woodworking studio founded by the Paszko brothers in Zwierzyniec, Poland, a region surrounded by forests, nature and traditional craftsmanship. Our work is built around authentic materials, slow creation and respect for the natural character of wood. Each piece is handcrafted individually, with attention to texture, proportion and detail. We do not try to hide the history of the material. Cracks, grain, marks and organic imperfections are preserved as part of the object’s identity. We work mainly with carefully selected reclaimed wood, giving old timber a second life as functional art, sculptural furniture and unique interior objects. Every piece is finished by hand using premium oils and waxes, creating a refined, natural surface while keeping the tactile warmth of real wood. THE FOREST is created for interiors that value individuality, craftsmanship and quiet luxury. Each object is made in small quantities, often as a unique piece, shaped by nature and finished by hand.
