Sicilian Comò Luigi XV, Early 20th Century
Fine Sicilian Comò Luigi XV dating to the early years of the 20th century, crafted in veneered wood with refined ebonized profiles framing the panels. The wavy front with three drawers features a sinuous line typical of the Luigi XV taste, embellished with rich grain patterns laid out in a decorative motif and with bronze handles finely worked.
The upper curved top follows the furniture’s contour and is decorated with contrasting inlays that enhance its elegance. The base, also curved, rests on shaped feet, harmonizing with the whole and giving the piece a sense of dynamism and lightness.
