Hukin & Heath Birmingham - Fish serving set - Silverplated - sardines serving dish

Beautiful and well-preserved silver-plated sardine serving dish with lid from around the turn of the century 1900, made in Birmingham, at Hukin & Heath, also marked as such.

The dish sits on four scallop shells and the entire piece is decorated with marine motifs. On top, as a handle to open the dish, a sardine.
A rarely beautiful object, suitable for serving many delicacies, or for storing beauties.
