Description from the seller
History and general condition
For sale is a BMW 325i E30 Cabrio with classic chrome bumperettes. The vehicle has been in my possession and ownership continuously since 1999 – that is 27 years. The sale is, unfortunately, due to a care level; I can no longer look after it as before. The Cabrio presents itself in a good, age-appropriate condition and nothing needs to be done at the moment. The TÜV is valid until 04/2028. There is already an appraisal valuing it at €17,000, which was created before the installation of the new roof and the final repairs.
Usage and Transfer
The car is registered as a second vehicle on a seasonal basis, serves as a daily driver, and is still driven. It is easy to transfer on its own axle: the car can be driven directly with a short-term license plate (Kurzzeitkennzeichen) or a red plate.
Technology and Mechanics
Technically the vehicle has been consistently well maintained. In 2023, the clutch slave and throw-out cylinders were renewed, and the wiper linkage was replaced. In 2024, new rear KONI shock absorbers were added, and the battery is brand new from 2025. The built-in stainless steel sport exhaust provides a really good sound. The overall picture is rounded off by undamaged, powder-coated wheels and tires with more than 7 mm of tread remaining.
Interior, Roof and Accessories
Visually, the BMW impresses with a beige roof installed in 2024. This harmonizes perfectly with the interior, where everything is in good order. The interior features beige leather seats and a beige leather-covered dashboard, refined with valuable wood appliques. For musical accompaniment there is the installed audio system: a Becker Navi High Speed with CD changer and a new amplifier.

Catawiki always aims to offer you the best possible buying experience. Our experts virtually review and select every vehicle in line with our submission guidelines and we require our sellers to provide the most accurate description of the vehicle. However, providing a fully detailed analysis of the vehicle is extremely difficult, and close to impossible. To guide you, we ask our sellers to provide information about the vehicle’s condition. Please consider that most vehicles for sale are classic vehicles and they often already have a whole life behind them, meaning that even a condition 1 or 2 vehicle might need maintenance to be ready for the road. It is advised to carefully read our submission guidelines that further describe details about the condition grades and types to manage your expectations. Cars are sold “as is”, meaning as described and in the condition they are in at the time of the sale and without any representation, warranty or assumption of liability of any kind as to the condition by Catawiki or by the seller. The condition of this item is the opinion of the seller and may differ from yours, your local garage, or the dealer’s opinion. This does not automatically mean the car does not conform to its description. Before bidding, please check your local legislation regarding vehicle registration. Neither the seller nor Catawiki is responsible for the registration of the vehicle in your country and will not accept a cancellation for your failure to register the vehicle. We also recommend that, if possible, you arrange a viewing with the seller before placing a bid.
