RARE CUNEIFORM-WRITTEN TABLET
Cuneiform tablet inscribed on both faces.
Clay tablet cushion-shaped, inscribed in cuneiform on both faces.
Terracotta cushion-shaped tablet, bearing a printed cuneiform inscription on seven registers on each face.
The inscription probably relates to an administrative inventory.
Dimensions: Length 42 mm × width 35 mm
Excellent state of preservation – no restoration
Mesopotamia, second millennium BCE.
Provenance: France, gallery T.J.N.
