The grinding trough is boat-shaped, featuring gilded dragon-head and dragon-tail carvings at the bow and stern, while the body is chased with scale and wave patterns. Although it bears the mark "Made in the Qianlong Era," it is a modern reproduction rather than an antique from that period. The grinding wheel and handle are cast as a single unit, faithfully replicating the functional structure of ancient grinders; it can be used to grind medicinal herbs or tea leaves, or serve as a vintage decorative piece for Traditional Chinese Medicine clinics or studies.
