Luxman - T-111 Tuner

The tuner generally tunes well, it plays cleanly, the stereo indicator light does not come on, but I don’t know if it’s a bulb issue because the muting works, and when it finds stations the muting LEDs blink; perhaps the tuner needs some inspection/maintenance. Extremely rare model on the used market
