Description from the seller

Prestigious and richly lavish complete table service with serving pieces, made in fine white porcelain by the famous Italian manufacturer Richard Ginori. The set's design stands out for a formal Neoclassical-inspired elegance. Along the rim of each piece runs a delicate geometric micro-greca in shades of blue, paired with a sumptuous band in gilt applied over enamel. The peculiarity of this gilding lies in the complex darkened inner weave, creating a refined geometric interlaced motif. A high-representation service, able to unite the geometric rigor of traditional craftsmanship with a luxurious and timeless aesthetic.

SET COMPOSITION
* 30 flat plates 25ø
* 10 deep plates / bowls 24ø
* 10 dessert/fruit plates 19.5ø
* 1 Large tureen 29ø
* 3 Large salad bowls / deep serving bowls 25ø; 25ø; 28ø
* 2 Large oval serving plates 39.5x28; 36.5x26

BRAND HISTORY: RICHARD GINORI
Founded in 1735 by the Marquess Carlo Ginori in Sesto Fiorentino, Richard Ginori represents the pinnacle of Italian artistic porcelain worldwide. For nearly three centuries the manufactory has united manufacturing perfection with stylistic excellence, collaborating with the greatest designers of the Twentieth Century.

CONDITION
The service is overall in good vintage condition, with normal signs of wear related to age and use.
* Porcelain: The structure of all pieces is perfectly intact. The porcelain is glossy and bright; no chips, hairlines, cracks, or restorations are found on either the plates or the larger shaped pieces (tureen and salad bowl).
* Gilding and Edges (Wear Note): The decoration maintains a beautiful color rendering. However, there are some discolorations of the gold border concentrated specifically on the oval serving plates (trays/vassoi) and on the smaller saucers. The tureen and the body of the main plates preserve gilding in a state that is decidedly more vivid.

PROFESSIONAL PACKING AND MULTI-BOX SHIPMENT
Considering the high volume of the plates and the presence of large special serving pieces, the shipment will be split to ensure maximum safety:
* Shipment: Handed to an international express courier with full tracking.
* Multi-Box Shipment: The service will be shipped divided into 2 or 3 distinct reinforced boxes with double-wall construction to reduce weight and cushion shocks.
* Packaging: Each individual item will be protected separately with thick bubble wrap.

Seller's Story

Vintage ceramics and porcelains are often worked and decorated with masterful precision and delicacy, they are objects of timeless charm, the result of knowledge handed down and widespread. From a historical and cultural point of view, they represent an extraordinary combination of craftsmanship and art, which takes the form of works of rare beauty. An authentic passion that drives me to identify shapes, models and decorations and to identify a possible or certain dating of the objects through a continuous study of sources and archives.
